Randall Katz
President/Owner

I started my career as a corporate banker with Bank of America in Atlanta and Washington, DC, where I assisted with debt, equity, and acquisition financings for major corporations (including Home Depot and Coke) in addition to middle-market buyout firms.

I always enjoyed learning about different industries, including helping entrepreneurs grow and finance their businesses.

When several private equity sponsors indicated I was sending them more M&A opportunities than their traditional referral sources, I realized there may be a business model here.

A couple (now current) clients indicated there were only a handful of buy-side advisors that really understood their objectives, represented them well in the marketplace, and were skilled in business development as well as M&A.

So, in 2003, I founded RK Capital Partners to build an M&A consultancy focused on premium deal origination services for a select group of investment firms.

We have grown every year since our founding and still work with many of our original clients.

We attribute our success to strong relationships, superior research, hard work and good luck.

I am confident you will find our premium service, second-to-none work ethic, and personalized approach to dealmaking refreshing.

Thank you for your trust and confidence – now let’s close some deals!
